- Defined standard annual deductible: $700.
- Annual Part D out-of-pocket threshold: $2,400.
- National base beneficiary premium: $41.33 per month — not your individual plan premium.

The standard deductible and covered-drug out-of-pocket threshold are from CMS’s April 6, 2026 announcement, Table V-2. The base premium is from CMS’s July 28, 2026 release. Individual plans and eligibility circumstances differ.
Still to be added
This release does not include 2027 Social Security COLA or earnings limits, Medicare Part A/B premiums and deductibles, or IRMAA figures. Those sections will be added after official publication and verification. Estimates are not presented as final figures.
Use the right year
Publication date and effective date are different. Continue using 2026 figures for the 2026 benefit year. A website supplement does not change the contents of your printed book or automatically update a previously purchased Kindle copy.
